Variko Inc. provides a global digital distribution platform for video games and software. We act as a distribution gateway and infrastructure provider for independent developers.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete business information.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All trademarks, logos, and service descriptions on varikohq.com are the property of Variko Inc.

  • Your Content: Distribution through Variko does not grant us ownership of your intellectual property. You retain 100% ownership of your game/software code and creative assets unless explicitly stated in a separate Distribution Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to distribute malware, illegal content, or software that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Variko Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our distribution services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
